General Terms and Conditions

AGP Autoglasprofi GmbH

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by AGP Autoglasprofi GmbH. Deviating terms of the customer only take effect if we expressly confirm them in writing.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

Our offers are non-binding. The contract is only concluded by our order confirmation or by performance of the service.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is due on collection or after completion of the work. Special agreements apply to direct billing with insurance companies.

4. Scope of Services

We carry out auto glass repairs and replacements in accordance with applicable technical standards. The scope of the work is set out in the cost estimate or order confirmation.

5. Statutory Warranty

We provide the statutory warranty for our work. Manufacturer warranties apply where original spare parts are used. Minor visual deviations do not constitute a defect.

6. Replacement Car

Special conditions apply to the free provision of a replacement car. The replacement car must be treated with care and returned with a full tank. Damage to the replacement car is at the customer's expense.

7. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are breached.

9. Data Protection

We treat all customer data confidentially and in accordance with statutory provisions. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The place of jurisdiction is Wiesloch. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
